Prepare

If a public financing channel fits your business (for example a BDC AI loan or a FedDev Ontario program), we help you understand the requirements and prepare your application materials — project description, implementation plan, supporting documents — for a fixed fee agreed in writing. We never charge a percentage of any financing.

Estar implements: agent-ready website flows, AI staff deployment, voice front desk pilots, and GEO management — delivered at the published prices on our services page, with managed operations from CA$550/month.

Who this is for

Ontario-based, owner-operated service businesses — clinics, accounting and law firms, real estate and trade companies — including the many bilingual (English–Chinese) businesses that larger programs rarely serve in their own language. Some financing channels have their own eligibility rules (for example, BDC's AI lending (the LIFT program) is aimed at businesses with revenue of C$1M or more that first complete a BDC advisory plan); we will tell you plainly if a channel does not fit, and offer the non-financed route instead.

Private & sovereign deployment options

Some businesses cannot send their working data to public AI tools. For those clients we configure private deployment options — Canada-region cloud hosting, dedicated or on-premise setups, and access controls documented in your contract — so sensitive workflows stay inside boundaries you choose. We describe these as deployment options we configure and document; we do not sell or imply any government "sovereign compliance certification", because no such certification is ours to give.

Multilingual voice front desk

An AI front desk that answers in your customers' language, around the clock — currently in pilot with a small number of businesses, not yet a public launch. Languages in pilot testing: English, Mandarin Chinese, and Arabic, with Cantonese bilingual answering also in pilot. On the roadmap, in order: Spanish and Russian, then Japanese, French, and Korean. A language is only offered for sale after it passes native-speaker review, real-call sample testing, and local consent-and-recording checks — until then it stays on the roadmap, not on your invoice.
